This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when TalentSync Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a client.

• Purpose: Provision of recruitment services

• Data Subjects: Candidates

• Types of Data: CV, contact info, employment history, sensitive data (if provided)

• Security Measures: Encrypted storage, access control, audit logs

• Subprocessors: AWS, Google Workspace

• Duration: For the term of the recruitment engagement

TalentSync Ltd will:

• Process data only on the client’s instructions

• Ensure confidentiality and security

• Support the client in fulfilling data subject rights
